Although our minds may go directly to bubble baths and (v large) glasses of wine when we hear the phrase "self-care," the reality is that it looks a little different for everyone. Sure, self-care might belong soaked in the tub for some—but it could also be going to therapy regularly or cooking an elaborate meal. The whole point of self-care is figuring out what makes you feel good, healthy, and relaxed. So whether you’ve had a hard day at work or are struggling to get through day-to-day tasks, you’re the one who gets to decide how best to take care of yourself.
